PROPOSAL GUIDELINES
In addition to plenary sessions where keynote speakers will address the whole assembly, concurrent sessions will be organized in the following format:

Paper Sessions (1.5 hours)
3 paper presentations per session - 30 minutes per paper inclusive of questions and answers.

Guidelines on Submission of Abstract
For each paper presentation the Conference presenter is required to submit an abstract of not more than 300 words together with a completed Proposal Form with three keywords to the Conference Secretariat via email or hard copy by 1st June 2011. Once abstracts have been accepted, Conference presenters are required to register for the conference by 1st June 2011 (early bird) . Submission of full papers is optional. However, submitted full papers will be included in the conference proceedings. Full papers will have to be submitted to the Conference Secretariat by 1st August 2011 . Presenters can bring along 15-20 copies of their paper to be distributed during the paper presentation.
