Important information for all participants of the conference

Preparations of Paper For Proceedings

Typing:  Articles should use MS-Word format as their word processing package.

  • Paper size:  A4 (210x297 mm)
  • Paper Orientation:  Portrait
  • Font Type:  Times New Roman
  • Font size:  12 point
  • Paragraphs:  justified with no indentation
  • Margins: top, bottom, left, right = 1”, header and footer = 0.5”
  • Main Headings for paragraphs: Upper Case and Bold
  • Sub-Headings: Lower Case and Bold
  • Line spacing: 1.5 for paragraphs and single spacing for tables

Length:  The preferred length with abstract and references included should be within 3500 words or approximately 10 pages (single line spacing). Authors should indicate the word length together with their cited references.  Books or articles not cited in the article should NOT be included in References.

Style:  Articles should conform to the publication guidelines of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association.  Articles not conforming to the specifications will be returned to the author for proper style change.   All references should be listed alphabetically, using the following style for books, chapters in books and journal articles, respectively :

* Journal:      Bajunid, I.A. (1996). Preliminary explorations of indigenous perspectives of educational management: The evolving Malaysian experience. Journal of Educational Administratin, 34, 50-73.

* Books:        Cuban, L. (1998). The Managerial Imperative and the Practice of Leadership in Schools. Albany, NY: State University of New York Press.

* Chapters:   Gabrenya, Jr. W.K. and Hwang K.K. (1996). Chinese social interaction: Harmony and hierarchy on the good earth. In M.H. Bond (ed.), The handbook of Chinese psychology (pp.309-321), Hong Kong: Oxford University Press.

Figures, Tables and Photos:  All figures, tables and photos must be camera-ready, properly labeled and suitable for publication.
